Promotional film posters: including features of a typical film poster, how common they are and the effectiveness of each a teaser and theatrical poster. As well as producing my own.

I made three posters myself, for two of these I used the website canva.com and the other I used Photoshop. I then made the Photoshop version into a moving poster as you would see on a digital billboard you may see on the side of the motorway or in a cinema. This increases the potential gage as a higher range of people will view it. To make this moving picture I used the app Pixaloop (pixaloopapp.com) and I made the hair blow in the wind. This can be used in moving picture ads in cinemas.

For my Photoshop and one of my Canva versions, I started with a draft, consisting of the background photo I planned to use and the techniques; I based my publications from these drafts. Although, with my other Canva poster I felt inspired after seeing the cello background and didn't design a draft as it reminded me of a basic book cover background and I wanted to replicate the simplicity.

Below is an example of what I have created, the rest of my work is located in a PowerPoint at the bottom of the post. This includes the reasoning of why I included certain techniques in my drafts.
